XCLUSIVE: Obi of Ubulu Uku Awarded Delta State Scholarship, Jets Back to UK Tomorrow

Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has awarded Delta State scholarship to the new Obi of Ubulu Uku, HRM Obi Chukwuka Noel Akaeze 1, to enable him complete his education in the United Kingdom (UK). XCLUSIVE MAGAZINE can exclusively and authoritatively report.

Governor Okowa made this disclosure discretely when Obi Akaeze 1 paid him a royal courtesy call at the State House in Asaba yesterday, Monday, 22 February 2016. The sixteen-year-old is a form six student of the Rochester Grammar School, Kent in England. And the scholarship is for the remaining part of his secondary education and his University education.
