XCLUSIVE – Elections 2015: Ekiti State Deputy Governor Adelabu Attacked!

Deputy Governor of Ekiti State Professor (Mrs) Modupe Adeola Adelabu

The Deputy Governor of Ekiti State Professor (Mrs) Modupe Adeola Adelabu was attacked a couple of hours ago on her way to a polling center to carry out her civic responsibility of voting.

Her convoy was allegedly attacked by some gun toting hoodlums who began shooting as they approached the convoy, several were reported injured as policemen and aides began shooting to put a stop to the violent act.

The vehicle that conveyed the Deputy Governor was reported to be destroyed as the windscreen was shattered in the fracas thus, making the strong widow return to where she came from as she was visibly shaken from the incidence.
