XCLUSIVE – Elections 2015: Hacked INEC Website Restored!

The website of the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) that was hacked earlier today by Nigerian Cyber Army is now up and running.

INEC had screamed Foul as its official website was reported to be hacked earlier this morning. The commission made this known to the Nigerian public via twitter earlier, disclaiming everything that would be posted on the site until the situation was rectified.
Consequently, there was the fear that the database of the INEC might have been tampered with and this could be the reason for the challenges faced by the INEC as far as the card reader was concerned.
